Thank you... I will look into this further. I do juice and eat a great deal of vegies and fruit, I am about 80% raw; maybe more. I eat hemp bread, rye crackers, quinoa and wild rice along with the rare vegi stir fry.
I also eat raw dairy... the hardest thing to give up for me. I think it may have something to do with having dairy farms in the family growing up. At least I am far removed from conventional products and the raw dairy here locally has a healthy heard and very high quality milk. If my source dries up (they struggle to stay in business) I will probably have to quit cold turkey :-O
