Yes I would believe it would be huge if they have to rewrite the whole thing, and it's going to happen like I said before. I don't see it as a big cover-up though. I don't think they are intentionally deceiving, they just don't know any better, yet. Give them a chance. Trust me they are getting closer. Wait till you see my next post.
I guess you are right about the mental destruction, but I see it everywhere, in every system made by man. Judicial, political, or what ever system. It's good for a person to pick their battle, and you've picked yours. Not all of evolution is lies or untruths though in my opinion. Like I said they just don't know any better right now. It'll change.
I still don't see gradualism as being disproven just because things can happen a lot faster also. Maybe you're right, but I don't think so.
Yes I do believe we are products of our environment.
I do think animals are capable of love though, you can see it in our pets, a lot of times greater than humans, so I don't think that line of attack is correct.
You're right that there is no proof for macroevolution in my opinion, but neither side can prove or disprove it scientifically. I think you're right that the only evidence ever observed by man shows things devolve. But once again this doesn't prove it can't happen the other way too. The Bible says anything is possible, and I believe it, and I'm not going to try and change it, because something will get broken, weather it's me, someone else, or something else.
I do believe "Our society is going downhill, not uphill." Remember it's always darkest before the dawn, and I believe the dawn is just around the corner, or at least really close. So like the Bible says, rejoice in everything. You and I know who is in control, and the end result will be greater than great, no matter how it appears now.
