Anyone care to explain this?

Any evolutionists care to explain this? I told you neo-darwinism is in trouble, but no one seems to believe me. The fact is, they're between a rock and hard place. They simply cannot rationally explain quick phenotypic changes without stepping all over their feet. As a result the scientific community is in a panic because the walls are closing in from all directions. Here is the latest mechanism they're placing their hopes in. Of course as the following quote says, if it's true, would render the whole neo-darwinist concept completely obsolete....and this guy is a hard-core evolutionist! These guys need a new theory so DESPERATELY!
