for the past 2 months i have been shying away from soy products (before thats all i ate, soy and vegetables & fruits)since i have been involved with doing The Master Cleanse (on and off) and trying to figure out my constipation problem.
i have yet tried soy products individually. but i will take your suggestion, and note if milk/flour/beans give me the same problem. but soy that has been formed into tofu,dehydrated bits,soy patties and soy chillie mixes (with no preservatives /sugar)definitely make me pass stinky gassss...
im on my way to using bentonite, and will be doing a parasite cleanse next weekend. hopefully it will help me relieve my constipation problem.
then after that, i will test out soy products and be a stinky bum hahhahahahha
