Hi, I know what you mean. I get SO overwhelmed when I read about all the supplements and it DOES seem like they're all beneficial (then I ask myself, why do the diet if I need all this too??). I have the Primal Defense but only take 1 a day (to keep down expenses) and I also use the multi vitamin which has some of the other products in it (lower levels of them- the mushroom one and the superfood green). I take 6 pills of the multi each day (9 is recommended). I also use the green superfood and superseed poweders once a week on my fasting day. I am satisfied with this regimen and try not to get frustrated with how it seems like I should be taking more and more and more!
The diet's the most important thing, right???!!!???!!!
