bcharttch...do you have the book, The Maker's Diet? On page 227,
Jordan gives the daily regimen for days 29-40 and beyond.....
Phase three is the maintenance phase, so you would stick with
that...phase three also adds a few foods.
In the daily regimen, he also has supplement recommendations
for continuing on. Primal Defense is good if you have even mild
digestion problems, intestinal yeast (which most of us do),
parasites, (most of us do) :-/ and it is also a good detox,
and we are all filled with toxins to one extent or the other.

I, for one, think Jordan Rubin helped to hang the moon. A young man as ill as he was, given no hope, but through faith and
determination was able to not only turn his own health around,
but help thousands, and thousands of others turn "their" health
around. I've been to several doctors who couldn't help me...and
here's this "kid", younger than our own kids, whom I have never
even met in person, but by following "his" suggestions in the
book, was able to help myself. Praise God For Whom All Blessings
Flow! :-)
