First, you have to remember that the spiritual world is at least as different as living on the sea is to living on land, you're talking about two different worlds here, which is why talking about God is very often NOT going to make sense to someone who insists on basing their life on only the information that comes from their five senses,...eyes, ears, mouth, ,nose & touch (phenomenal information) instead of THOUGHT (thinking processes, neumenal information). This "pack of wolves" is their own audience. What I mean is that, very often, when you get to talk to someone alone, you are more likely to get an honest and sincere conversation...simply because that person has no one to show off to at the moment (no audience). When people are not alone (but especially with friends), they want to and will show off by being a 'NAYSAYER' (mocking everything,negating and avoiding the truth). you know who the truth is?..John 14:6

You've heard that satan is the god of confusion, but not many people understand how true it is, satan keeps people from knowing the truth by CONFUSING all of our communication. Naysayers are being blinded by satan and are also condescending, controlling, judgemental, self-righteous, egotistical and sub-consciously have low self-esteem because CONSCIENCE convicts them, that is why they NEED someone to show off to (an audience), and will most likely not even bother with you when they are alone (they are Predators because they will look for you when their friends are around so they can mock in public and the MOB MENTALITY will take over (they become a gang, party spirit).

Usually, the only good (not foolproof) indication that someone is sincerely ready to hear about the Lord is whether they have suffered a bad experience and have developed a NEED to be serious about the Lord, otherwise, if they have a $1500 dollar a week job and they buy expensive cars, electronc toys and go out drinking every night, then they probably don't care to do anything but be greedy and selfish. If they are a 'thinker' and are conscientious (let their conscience determine their behavior), then they will most likely CAUTIOUSLY listen to what you have to say about God. I say "cautiously" because they want to be careful where they place their heart and soul, the owner of the human race agrees that they should not cast their pearls before swine-(Matthew 7:6 & 13:46). Human beings want to know their Creator, but the naysayers have lost their courage to search for Him and chosen greed as their master. Avoid silly controversy Ephesians 5:4. There's really not much chance of having a good productive conversation without speaking to them alone and in person, but if you are determined to debate, look up SEMANTICS and 'arguementation' verbal sef defense, verbal confrontation. Just become familiar with word usage, don't make it a Science (neither do that with the bible, God is LOVE, not a science, that's why so many unbelievers that are sincere are not attracted to Christianity, it's presented to them as a Science that has no compassion for the people).
