Not everything posted on this support board that asks questions are meant to be combative in nature, nor do people need to necessarily refrain from questioning on this forum. The initial post on this thread falls under the forum description.

In the case of #40679, this poster has written here on several occasions and has proven to be a sincere person. All one needs to do to see a poster's posting record is go to the link on op of every post for every message the person has placed in a particular board.

I do hope someone can ofer some insightful answer to these very valid questions.
