Seems to me we must be very careful how much "personal conviction" "doctrine" etc., we put on our children. Perhaps evaluating child by child. I hear so many adults that are so turned off Christianity because of what they saw of "Christianity" in their homes. I know God can reclaim the wastelands that the locusts have eaten but maybe we can save some tender spirits before that happens.
