I agree. For me though the most frustrating part is explaining things to children in a manner that they understand. For example, I know teasing is silly etc. But to a kid who is on the receiving end of that teasing it isn't silly to them, it feels very damaging....

And of course we must remember to cover all things/situations in prayer and seek God's wisdom.
