root canal treatment

Hi,
I've been checking everything out about root canals. I need to have one or get a tooth pulled. I hate to have a tooth pulled but I already have one rootcanal and have bad health problems. I found a dentist in my area that is open to holistic stuff and will do what I want but he says that the way he does root canals is so safe that he fills that they don't pose a problem. He's read Weston Prices stuff. But he uses some stuff in the root canal called resonal {could be spelled wrong}. Also he says it doesn't shrink up like the other stuff after awhile so that toxin or bacteria can get in the canal. Also he cleans it out really good and disinfects it with some other stuff that I don't know what it was. He says most dentist don't do root canals this way and that the last few years that they can do them much better than they use too. He fills that pretty soon most root canals will be done like this. The stuff he cleans the canal out with I guess goes all though the tooth I think. Can anyone give me there feelings on this. Hal Huggins says they don't think any root canals are safe yet that they know of. But I haven't ask them if they know of this stuff that he is using. Has anyone heard of this? Tweet
