Thats a tough one.

First, try some Goldenseal, it may take the pain awya, and it could heal the infection too.

but likely the root canaled area cannot be cured of its infection due to lack of blood flow. You knwo this i suspect.

Your teeth may shift, I agree.but you could also lose your health, i did. It came back when I had a bunch of extractions.

Try H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) rinses - See Oxygen Therapies Ed McCabe [search - my link went dead].

ozone therpy might help, a few dentsits are doing it now.

but extractions are for sure.

root canals may and likely will help for awhile, if you want to risk it. it can be taken out later of course.
