Re: Just Classics: Citizen Kane

Actually, I don't think this film stands the test of time, at least it didn't for me. Watching it in film class I was simply bored bored bored! I didn't care about Kane, so his fall was not tragic. My criteria for a good film includes emotional involvement and I felt none at all. I found myself admiring the camera work, and if a viewer is noticing the camera work you've lost them with the story!!! :)
