Hi Bob:
I do combine the lemonade with the shake - I can't stand the taste of it without it - it makes me gag! It's got a thick consistantcy to it - very gross unfortunatley, but it sure does work wonders within!

I'm not doing a parasite cleanse - I haven't really read much about them. Not sure what I would need to take with it. Maybe after I've completed the fast, I'll follow through with a parasite cleanse.
