Re: partly true, once again

Teeth move throughout a person's lifetime. All of the teeth help keep each other stationary. There is a natural migration of teeth towards the midline of the mouth. Have any of you noticed how your bottom front teeth used to be straight when you were younger but now seem to be misaligned and overlapped.? Any of you had braces in the past, but have now noticed a relapse?

Taking a tooth out leaves space for the tooth or teeth behind it to move forward. It is not very common for a tooth in front of space to shift back. The opposing tooth that used to meet the missing tooth will also start to super erupt or move up out of the bone. The teeth behind a space generally will tip forward into that space.
