Hi,
I am a dentist and removing any tooth can cause future problems with jaw alignment and could cause pain if the teeth are not replaced. Missing teeth can cause other teeth to shift into the space rendering the shifted teeth useless. This generally happens many years after the teeth are extracted, though.
