I forgot to mention inositol. Please Google "panic attack" & "inositol". A study has been done on high dosage of inositol(no side effects like SSRI)taken by patients with Depression and panic attacks. I take about 2 g of inositol(Twin Lab), sometimes inositol-choline combination daily; and I believe between this and progesterone cream (also Google "panic attack" & "progesterone")I am almost out of woods now. But I wish I could feel more tranquility and peace. (What I need is meditation, and some strategies(wisdom)in dealing with my stressful environment; AND OF COURSE MORE RAW FOOD!)
