Thank you very much for sharing your experience with me. I am grateful. No, I am not taking and meds; not even when I was in ER the first time(and last time), I did not know what went wrong yet I threw away the tablet they gave me.

I am sorry about being so vague. Unfortunately it is no longer kamquat season. I had had a kamquat tree in my front yard for 11 years without taking advantage of it until the beginning of this year when I started to make kamquate tea. Because of my Gallstones I had always had indigestion for decades after just about every meal; and by pure chance I stumbled on kamquat tea (which was a two thousand year old Chinese medicinal recipe. You just pour boiling water on 7 or 8 freshly sliced kamquats placed in a thermos(or stainless steel container, but never use the thermos with plastic cap) and let it steep for half an hour and drink it for the rest of the day. Replensh the thermos with hot water(not boiling water) as you pour out the tea. By the end of 3 to 4 hours the tea is the best: thick and sweet. You are right about raw food. I started to eat 40% raw food a few days ago and plus more vigorous hiking, I could feel my tumors receding a bit already(by the tightness of my pants.) I will keep up with it. Thanks.
