I have started to follow Dr. Lam's advice with supplements fro my estrogen dominace, fibroids and cysts...I am going to give it a try for 2-3 months and see what happens...I checked him out and believe he is for real and has a lot of good cutting edge information on the estrogen dominance puzzle.
