How long have you been taking the Vitalzym and where do you get it? It can be pricey. I took it for several months about 1/2 year ago, but I had the worst candida die off. It was awful. I just could not tolerate it, so at least I knew I was full of candida. I did finish my Vitalzym, but never replaced it and have gone on to other enzymes and products. Maybe I would be able to tolerate it better now. I have saved the site for the DIM, if my present regime is not effective. Thanks for the input.
