Boiling will make the chlorine evaporate, since it is a gas. Putting the water in a container and letting it sit in the fridge will do the same to chlorine.

Boiling will concentrate fluoride (FLUO FLUO FLUO UO UO!!!!) and everything else that does not evaporate, as you're removing the solvant (doing the opposite of dilution).
