I hear ya. When I go to bed at night I actually pray that everything will move properly.
I cant believe you can do the fiber shakes and not get constipated. YOu are lucky. I get so messed up with even one. But after this 4th flush tomorrow I am going to try again with the psyllium. I will have the cholacol by then too.
