Glad I caught you! I found cholacol at a local heathfood store. Closer than the chiro. They have cholacol II. It has Bentonite (sp?) in it in addition to the bile salts. Is that what you got?
AND how much and how often? Did you just follow the directions on the bottle and give it a try? I take 10 triphala with dinner right now and it is just right. I know that is alot. But I have to start somewhere!
