Why do some people have liver pain and some don't?

People with no GB....why do some have liver pain and some don't, if we all most likely have stones??

I'm 23, and my mother is 54...we both have our GBs out, and ME, the younger one, has the pain! Why????????

Also, this pain has been occuring almost 2 years now...how long is too long? Will the stones begin to scratch my liver and cause liver damage?

I've been doing flushes, but can't do it consistently because I have an overeating problem and can never get my diet/bowels right enough, and have a lack of discipline with it...which also falls under my attempts at parasite cleansing and bowel cleansing...I crave foods I shouldn't eat TO MUCH, so much, that I can't stop eating them, even when I know my health is in jeopardy!!!
