Perhaps, but you'll have a better chance of healing it afterwards, once the emotional addiction is conquered. :)

If you allow yourself to eat anything, BUT only eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full, and don't force yourself to follow the bad foods with good foods (only piles on more gunk by that point), then your liver can deal. :)

Make those your only food rules for a good two to four weeks and see if you feel better about yourself and your self-control. :) I swear, you may find yourself actually craving a nice salad! :)
