Attempt it, but I doubt you'll succeed. Just go very slowly, retain it as long as you can, then release and try again! :) you don't have to retain all that long, that's only for retention enemas, medicated enemas are retention. Plain enemas are flushing enemas, the whole point is to get them as high up the colon as possible then release the gunk, then rinse again. Oh that reminds me I have laundry LOL!
