Yep, gibbons! that's the guy! remember those Grape Nuts commercials? LOL! Lordy I tried eating that stuff and like, no WAY would I ever do that again!
I say deep enemas to differentiate from the enemas done by a small bag or Fleet. A deep enema is one where you use a 2 quart bag or bucket so that more water goes in and actually makes it up the transverse colon, not just the descending colon.
