PTree is correct above. But watch out for one thing -- don't go for a
colonic having just had a lot of water. Your bladder will be *very* uncomfortable. The
colonic will quench your thirst, anyway. But, yes, for days before hand, do drink well and nourish yourself well.
You might try the homeopathic Mag Phos (the higher the potency the better, I use 1M. In shops you might only find 30c to be the highest) to keep the cramps at bay. Start taking them the day before: Five or more pellets four time that day, and take them at least twice the day of your colonic. Keep them on hand when you're getting treated. If you feel the cramps coming on, take a dose.
For nausea, you might take the homeopathic Nux Vomica, same deal as above, but keep the two remedies a few minutes apart from each other.
