about avoiding red meat, I have strong craving for protein stuff (and chocolate, bad bad me!)
I read in other place about mercury poisoning, and that protein is needed in order to absorb the mercury to prevent it from being absorbed to the body. it consumed as red meat, or cheese, or dark part of chicken or turkey. There was a warning if protein is stopped from being consumed, mercury poisoning can be more dangerous
if you have any information about that issue I will be happy to hear
