Bupleurum Liver Cleanse and/or Chinese Bitters?

Hi Shelley, I want to start Liver Cleansing soon. I read on some posts to take chinese bitter and/or Bupleurum Liver Cleanse. Should I take both at the same or one is enough? I'm very new at this and need some help. I suffer from depression/anxiety (currently take Effexor), insomnia, weight gain, fatigue, dizziness, constipation, high blood pressure. Doctor advised that I lose weight. I work out 5-6 times a week and have been for few years, but instead of losing weight I gain. Very frustrating. Please help, I'm desparate. Sorry for the long post.
