Re: Lost hope

In anything, understanding is the beginning of a true solution (and healing). Do you have any idea as to the REASON for your feelings?. LONG-TERM Depression is probably always something to do with being unsure (insecure) of your self-image because your identity has been challenged/doubted and because you are a good conscientious person, you are allowing yourself to be overly self-conscious and humble to a fault. The philosophical quagmire of letting our identity be established as being 'PART OF' society or a solitude individual probably can not be answered, because, in the normal course of human nature, the question should never come up in the first place. If you want to heal, first you have to understand, so don't hink you are afflicted with a disease and there can be no understanding (there is a god of confusion that wants us to think this way so that we think there is no hope).
