Re: Praying to die
If you were told it gets better in the 50s, maybe you should consider getting your ovaries removed. My mother had it done at 40 and has felt great ever since. I am getting my uterus lining burned for excessive period and am told that in some cases it helps fix the hormones. If not, then I think I will get my ovaries removed. I am 38 and have always had problems with
Depression since my first period, and it has worsened with age.
I get it about how long can a person take it. I think the same. But I will try all options until I believe that there just aren't any left. I don't want to hurt my family either, but the funny thing about
Depression is that it won't kill you, just feels like it does everyday. So if you're not about to die tomorrow, family don't really understand it, as they would if you had cancer, and did not want to take it anymore. Sometimes I wonder who is more selfish, the family, or me.
What things besides anti-depressant drugs have you tried?
