What kind of support system do you have? I agree, if your problems are external, Andreas can help.

 Here are some things you can do right now: Address the spiritual, mental, social, physical and emotional, dimensions of your life. For the physical dimension, try whole body cleansing and exercise. Vigorous exercise totaling 30 minutes a week minimum can raise your stress threshold, and it can neutralize Side effects caused from stressors; it can treat depression.

The body does not know the difference between stressors ( bad stress) and ustrssors (good stress); here are the symptoms of stress: increase serum glucose , heart rate, vasodilatation, blood rate, and ventilation; these are also known as fight or flight symptoms; these are the reactions to stressors and ustressors both alike. Now, physical activity (ustressor) can be used as a remedy to stressors; when you exercise ( vigorously), you also release hormones that neutralize ALL the stress that you have had that day; It also purifies and heals the body.

Stressors can cause illnesses and lower your threshold, but the good news is that it is all reversible. Make yourself exercise vigorously for 15-20 minutes a day; see how much better you will feel in just a short time.

I only mentioned the physical dimension; there are all the other dimensions to look at as well. I mention this because there are so many things that can reduce our stress threshold. It could be toxic metals that have accumulated in the body; it could be malnutrition due to malabsorption; it could be that the intestines are toxic and need deep cleansing. I could keep going, but I think you have the idea.
