This is so great, I am so glad you posted. I have spent almost 3 hours reading the website you refered to and am gaining a lot of insight. At first all the info seemed pretty overwhelming, but I think after reading a bit more I will be able to experiement with the minerals and look for my own symptoms. So far the potassium seems to be helping with dry skin, edema and my insomnia, I am really happy about that. Balancing the ratios and knowing which minerals block each other or enhance each other seems like the tricky part. Now why cant we just take a multimineral and be all better? Before reading your post I had ordered a fulvic acid mineral supplement, now I wonder if I should take it.
