thanks norhtstar for your advice, and Owen as always.
I eat 15-20 servings of fruit a day. 2 large bowls of salad / day. no meat, no dairy, no caffaine, no sugar, no junk period. I excercise everyday(walking) plus I'm a runner, have been for seven yrs now.
My oppsession with cholesterol started when I had my heart attack/ bypass. I know it's not the only factor, but extremely high cholesterol could be a problem(in my own opinion). I have to get my mind set off of the conventional medicine as they never seem to get anything right.
Just everytime I get a test result back, it worries me! Maybe should stop getting tested, lol!
As for cholesterol changes it's slowly coming down, with dietary changes and the cleanses, Liver Flushes I've been doing. My wife knows how hard I work on my health and knows I don't mess around with it. You're right Owen, about the numbers. I should just ignore them, trying! As for using sodium ascorbate, which doesn't bother me(drink it with water) I'll keep using as I believe it's doing me good. As for cod liver oil, one capsule daily along with extra virgin cold pressed organic olive oil on salads, and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil(scoup it right out of jar love the taste)(cold pressed extra virgin) daily, also put on skin as lotion. My skin is really soft(wife jealous)lol.
Thanks again everyone for the advice and for keeping my spirits up!!!
Off now for my 6 mile run!
Enjoy, journ!
