Having been a member of Curezone since i came across it in 2002, I've seen members and those with forums come and go, but those with an interest & experience are still about, giving their advice.
The amount of information on this site grows and grows - and I don't believe anyone has the capacity to say one person is 'wrong' and another 'right'. What we have here is a sharing of information and opinions and obviously, things that worked for one person, are not always going to work in the same way for another. On occasions, some people get a little... fervent, shall we say?! ;)

There are many ways of regaining ones health and this website is a facilitator for that. It asks you to become an active part of your health, as opposed to the school of thought these days, which is 'let someone else think about that, i'll just buy this tub of low fat ice-cream which will be better for me.'
Misinformation is the biggest killer ever. People will literally believe ANYTHING if you tell it to them enough! The hardest thing to do is start to think for yourself and not believe what you're told. (Not that i mean you in particular!) Those at Curezone are already past that. Its refreshing to visit this site, as people have already made that step and are thinking for themselves and their health and wellbeing.

I never bother trying to convince people anymore, I just tell them and let them make up their own minds - that's what they've got them for!

MH is cagey at times, which, upon first impressions is a little annoying, however, thats who he is. He believes you need to *want* to get better and work at it, not have it handed to you on a plate. Hence the crypticness...

The products are no secret - if one makes the effort, you can gather ingredients and make your own - basically what he's done.
I am in the process of gathering info - and time and money to make up my own Lower Bowel Balance capsules - as they're not shipped to the UK.

I haven't read all of it yet, but a lot of what he says makes sense. I mean, how else did we survive before we invented machines and artificial vitamins. Admittedly we didnt have such poisons in our day to day lives, but keep your body clean, detox & deworm it now and again - and you've got your health.

Those that diss MH for his 'One Cure' haven't noticed that its relatively similar to The Master Cleanse - also, fasting doesn't cost the earth.

On the vit. C debate, I think i stand on the side which says mega dosing is good in the short term, but mega dosing yourself with a synthetic vitamin cant be natural in the long term. You need to strike a balance for the everyday - and often there are a combination of things that people do that works/helps.

oouff, I appear to have written an essay!
Right, will leave that at my two cents!
xoLeah.
