Well sorry for spreading "false" info, I am trying to find out what is true and what isn't at this point. I am buying the vit c crystals from Bronson today, in the big containter...... I know it works for colds anyway....but plan to start megadosing with it myself untill I research it more I'll do what I think is best for me
