I disagree that its the most important although Gluthanione is a serious body antioxidant. I think Alpha Lipoic Acid needs alot more mentioning. I listen and read information from many people unless they are utter idiots talking pure sh**. I then work out what should be done and combine all their knowledge into one package and benefit from all of them. I love Barrons baseline to health. I take 200mcg of Selenium to boost my Gluthanione because taking the actual supplement is almost useless with the stomach as it is ;-(
