May I ask why you stopped taking Lauricidin? Did taking it on a regular basis seem to prevent outbreaks? You're right about HSV2 being a "blessing in disguise", because over the last year, I've REALLY been getting my health in order, doing cleanses, getting and keeping my body alkaline, etc. Unfortunately, L-Lysine does not work for me and never has, but the coconut oil & Monolaurin seem to be. Cutting almost all sugars out of my diet has helped immensely, as well. Thanks for all the insight you've shared and all of your tips and recommendations. I also need to adopt a more positive attitude toward HSV2, as you have, and I think that will help things improve, as well. After all, there are a whole lot more ppl out there who have it & don't even know it, so at least I'm one step ahead in the game.
