Re: coconut oil does work, although there seems to be some COCO-CONFUSION

Well I have had HSV for almost 11 years now and have never tried any homeopathic or natural remidies. I am so new to trying to find another avenue for treatment or cure. I am trying to figure out this.......... with taking the LAURICION and using the Coconut oil, is this something that is done daily or when an outbreak occurs? I am dealing with the hand that was dealt to me by having Herpes, but if there is a way to put it to bed and have no outbreaks at all that would be wonderful. I don't want to seem so clueless but I am on some natural remidies, I need all the help that I can get. One thing that I have been kinda fortunate about is I only have about 2-4 outbreaks a year but thats still too many to deal with period. So please send and reply information to me.
