Its great you mentioned dosage because coconut oil needs to be built up slowly.
The body needs time to adjust to this new food.
Start off at 1 teaspoon a day, and then work you way up to 1 tablespoon a day. Now gradually increase this until you are consuming 3-4 tablespoons a day. That is generally considered a theraputic dosage. You may want to adjust up or down.
You can take it all together, or divided throught the day. You can have it with/in food or in a shake or some other way.
Take about 2 weeks to build up to full dosage. Nice and slow.
If you apply topically you can apply as much as you want as soon as you want.
