scared teen i think i have herpes

I am a 17 year old girl and recently have noticed sores that i thought were ingrown hairs. I am also just getting over a fever and severe sore throat so I am very scared that what I have is herpes. My ex boyfriend slept with many people and we always had protection except the very last time we did it before we broke up. We do not talk anymore so I can't ask him if he is infected. I can't go to my parents thought because they will never look at me the same if I do have it. Is there anywhere I can go to get checked and treated if necessary without my parents knowing? Please help I feel so alone.
