Take it in the morning and evening. Do not chew mint gum or brush teeth near dosage, because it will evaporate. Lightly hit the bottle against your palm a few times before taking it.
After a while you will get a feel for what it is doing. Observe how you react to certain things that day etc... then you may decrease.
It is possible that you have more than one issue going on, and maybe you may try aother flower essences.
