Re: Good I am glad you liked it!
Eating disorders are often emotional, however, somtimes the root can be allegey based. When you fast, the offending food gets ditched from your diet, and the effects (depression, tiredness, cravings etc etc) disappear. Often this is wheat, sometimes milk, generally anything that is eaten often. It can be a candida problem, esp if
Sugar is craved. I think it is a good idea to re-introduce foods carefully, one at a time after a short fast or maybe a limited diet, to identify the culprit(s). I found Bach remedies to be very effective also. I took Crab Apple which is explained as follows:
'Have a poor self-image and are ashamed or embarrassed by unpleasant physical symptoms, characteristics or features; feel mentally or emotionally unclean or unacceptable; feel self- condemnation; are congested; are over-fixated on trivia - 'the great cleanser'
If I feel certain feelings creeping up on me now, I go and buy myself some crab apple. It doesn't take many doses to get me feeling normal again. Without it I dread to think were I'd be!
