Re: Heb B vaccine - could my symptoms be side effects

Hi Diane,
I have a very similar story to yours (I live in Nottingham, UK) with virtually the same symptoms and an eventual diagnosis of M.E.(11 years ago). I was also told I was depressed but knew full well I wasn't as I'd had counselling a few years earlier so knew the difference between Depression and the symptoms I was getting.....dizziness, fatigue, concentration problems, numbness etc. These symptoms followed 4 injections of the Hep B vaccine, which I've since found out contains theomersal which is a mercury preservative. I know I have a mercury problem as I have symptoms eg metal taste in mouth, plus a hair analysis revealed so about 5 years ago. I'd really like to find out how many people with M.E. developed the illness following Hep B vaccinations. I feel very angry myself. You can make a claim as long as it's within 3 years of the vaccination though proving it might be difficult in a court. It might be worth you pursuing this, esp as the specialist states in their report that they believe your M.E. was triggered by the vaccine, so that's good news!

You can do a lot to detoxify yourself. The first practitioner that helped me about 10 years ago put me on an anti-candida diet and some herbs and after about 6 weeks, I had more energy than I'd had in my life!! However, due to not being able to stick to the diet and various other things, I'm not 'cured', if that's at all possible.
You mentioned muscle twitching in your other post...this is a symptom of magnesium deficiency (mercury displaces minerals like magnesium), so you might want to consider a magnesium supplement or take a good, absorbable mineral supplement eg colloidal or ionic minerals eg Maximol by Neways or Water of Life by Metabolics. Also liver support supplements might help (eg Livatone by www.liverdoctor.com or Bupleurum plus by Planetary formulas (look up on the net). Also footpads are supposed to be very good at drawing out any kind of toxins from the body.
Perhaps a hair analysis might be helpful for you to determine if heavy metals are part of your problem. Your M.E. specialist should know where to get this done.
It would be good to keep in contact. You can email me if you like.
Take care
Anne
