Re: Question for Trapper
"people are all the time telling me to wake up and enter the real world!!!!"
Funny, that's what I'm always telling everyone. I think it's the people who believe that the unhealthy lifestyles their living are normal and fine are living in a fantasy world.
AlkalizingKatie:
Yes, I've noticed that the air purifier has improved my sleep.
Trapper:
Thanks so much for answering my post and the details.
I used to be so strict with my diet that I never ever ate anything that wasn't raw, vegan, or organic and nothing that I test weak when using kinesiology, but I felt deprived a lot of the time and realized that it wasn't good for my healing.
So I've decided to be a little more loose with my diet, like just today was my sons b-day and I allowed myself some cookies, and I feel a lot better. I'm liking the feeling of not having to be so strict with myself, as I tend to be a perfectionist. But I still do eat my very clean diet most days. Just allowing myself some treats, when I didn't before.
Anyways, how much sleep did you used to need? I find myself needing at least 11-12 hours to even be able to function normally. As you can imagine it's not easy to live a normal life and can be very frustrating.
Who's mh? What the recipe for the
Sea Salt soak? I like to take epsom baths myself. It really helps me to sleep.
Thanks again! Mary
