I know that you only eat one meal in the evening. My question was what do you usually eat for that meal.
I eat about 80% raw organic foods.
One of my biggest health problems that I'm trying to heal is the fact that I need about 12 hours of sleep a night or I will feel sleep deprived. I am always trying a new strategy to try and help get my sleep down and so far heavy metal cleansing has worked the best.
I noticed you said you need very little sleep and was wondering if it was always like that for you. If not, then what sort of things have you done that has helped bring it down?
