Just go to http://www.mapquests.com and type in your address and then Whole Foods in Carlisle, PA(ok, clearly I really want you to get to this place) Once you go to Whole Foods any confusion about where to get health foods will be over. You'll be able to find everything you need, and then some. Let us know how it goes! I once saw a lecture by David Wolfe(raw food health entrepreneaur)where he said "when I tell people to start a healthy lifestyle and they say 'I uh, I, I, I don't know how to do that.' I say, go to WHOLE FOODS! Can you say Whole Foods!? Go to Whole Foods and all your problems will be solved.
