Yeast infection and all diseases come from improper lifestyle (bad diet, toxins) which causes an imbalanced biological terrain. That inturn causes a myriad of symptoms depending on the degree of breakdown.

Give your new lifestyle a chance. No cheating. Cheating means start over...hit the reset button ;-) Keep refining and honing until these new practices become your new habits.
