Possibly, but I think the minerals are more the issue, not the enzymes. The enzymes just help with digestion. Most fruits and vegetables that we find today are grown in poor soil that lack sufficient minerals, so the fruits and vegetables also lack sufficient minerals.

In case it actually is the enzymes, however, I didn't want to leave it out. The two things that are different for me are that I'm diligently taking enzymes and minerals, and as I haven't tried to break out one or the other, I can't really promise that it's one or the other. It could well be both, for that matter.
